SAND BLAST HOSE

APPLICATION:

Used for blowing sand onto steel surface in preparation for painting, lining or other treatment. Commonly used in vehicle rubber lining, mine slurry tank lining or rust removal of uneven, corroded surfaces, e.g. ships.

CONSTRUCTION:

The inner tube is 4 to 5 mm thick, black, highly abrasive and heat resistant NR, followed by 3 or 4 plies of high tensile textile reinforcement with an anti-static property. Outer cover is black and resistant to UV, abrasion and cuts, NR/EPDM compound.

Temperature range: – 30°C to +100°C
